Our Heritage & Craft

Wood Fire, Stone Oven & Anatolian Hospitality

At Anadolija, cooking centers around fire. Built around our custom stone oven and oak-wood charcoal mangal, our kitchen prepares the time-honored dishes of Southeastern Anatolia, the Aegean coast, and Istanbul's historic taverns.

Housed within the exposed brick architecture of Dobračina Street in Dorćol, we welcome guests to the timeless warmth of the shared table—where cold rakı accompanies mezze, grilled skewers arrive straight from the embers, and dinner continues unhurried into the evening.
